What is your refund policy?

​When you purchase TriCal wine, you are part of the family and we want you to love your wine as much as we do. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at service@tricalwine.com within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Wine purchases are non-refundable by law unless the product is damaged or flawed.

I don't want to pay for shipping. How do I order for local delivery?

If you live in one of the TriCal Wine centers of operation (San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego), then you may choose local delivery at checkout and we will personally deliver your order to your door.
