TRICAL WINE CLUB

TriCal offers wine clubs at three tiers: 4-bottle (“Swamis”), 6-bottle (“Rincon”), and 12-bottle (“Mavericks”), each shipped three times per year. There is no fee to join the TriCal Wine Club, and you may sign up anytime online. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership. All TriCal Wine Club Members and the person signing for and receiving your wine shipment must be at least 21 years of age.

 

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

The TriCal Wine Club is a recurring subscription of three wine shipments per year. Upon signing up for the TriCal Wine Club, your membership will continue until cancellation. You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time, however if cancelled before (2) two club shipments, you will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Membership continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting service@tricalwine.com. By signing up on our website’s wine club sign-up forms, you authorize TriCal Wine to charge your credit card for recurring club shipments twice annually until you cancel your club membership.

The TriCal wine club consists of three wine shipments per year, in February, June, and October. Club members will receive an email notification at least one week prior to the billing date. Wine club selections are automatically billed, including taxes and applicable costs, to a credit card on file for each member. Credit cards are charged within (7) seven days prior to shipment. We ask that you verify your billing and shipping details upon receiving this notification email. Changes to your billing information and/or shipping address after your shipment is processed may incur a change fee or additional shipping charges.

Your membership discount is granted upon signup according to the level of membership.

 

SHIPPING

Free shipping to California addresses only. Shipping costs will be applied at the time of each club shipment due to fluctuating carrier costs. 

Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer and charges will be applied to your credit card on file.

Carriers make (3) three delivery attempts before returning orders to TriCal Wine. It is your obligation to notify us of any billing or shipping changes prior to the next shipping month or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release. Extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception, and shipments returned to the winery will be charged to your account.

The laws governing direct-to-consumer shipments are different in every state and these regulations limit where we are able to ship wine and how much residents may receive. These laws may affect your wine club shipments and subsequent wine purchases. TriCal is committed to direct-to-consumer shipping compliance and will operate according to the law. We will make every attempt to accommodate all orders and let you know if an order conflict arises so we may attempt to work out another shipping arrangement.

 

CANCELLATION

Your are welcome to cancel your membership at any time after two wine club shipments without a fee. If cancelled prior to two shipments, you will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Membership continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting service@tricalwine.com. Changes or cancellations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.

REFUND POLICY

When you purchase TriCal wine, you are part of the family and we want you to love your wine as much as we do. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at service@tricalwine.com within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (plus an additional shipping cost). Wine purchases are non-refundable by law unless the product is damaged or flawed.
